How can you offer attraction tickets at such low rates?
We are the world's single largest purchaser of Disney and Orlando theme park tickets. As a result, we are able
to purchase tickets at a discounted rate and we can then pass those discounts along to you.
How can you offer vacation packages at such low rates?
Many of our packages are deeply discounted because we ask that you give us 90 minutes of your time to take a golf
cart tour of our beautiful resort facilities. That's it. We're so sure you will enjoy your vacation package and
marvel at our resort that you'll go home and tell your friends and family members all about your Westgate experience.
You may wish to purchase your own 5-Star resort villa for future vacations but, of course, you are under no obligation
to purchase anything and we are sure you will find the tour a pleasant experience.
What is the Best Price Guarantee?
We are confident that our online offers are the very best available. As a result, if you find a comparable offer

When do I pay for my vacation package?
You pay for your reservation in full at the time of booking with a major credit card. Packages are offered on
a first come, first served basis and all transaction services are 100% secure. We will contact you via email
within one business day to confirm the details of your booking.
When flying to Orlando, should I get a Rental Car?
When visiting Orlando, a rental car is recommended. The Orlando attractions, theme parks, restaurants and
shopping malls are widely spread out and renting a car can make your visit easier and more convenient while
providing you with additional flexibility. We can offer you with discounted rates through Thrifty Car Rental.
Can I cancel or change my travel package dates?
If you book a Vacation Package with a confirmed travel date, you may quickly and easily change dates, if
necessary. Just let us know the date changes and we'll take care of the details. You may cancel a reservation
up to 21 days after a booking. However, you may incur a cancellation fee for credit card processing and
administration costs.
Can anyone purchase a Vacation Package?
Our packages are discounted for the purposes of promoting Westgate Resorts. These resorts require those
touring to be between 25 and 68 years of age if married and at least 30 if single. You should have a combined
gross annual income of at least $50,000. You must meet these qualifications in order to participate in our
discount offers. These qualifications are for Westgate Resorts packages only.
How big are the resort accommodations?
How much room do you need? Our resort villas range in size from roomy studio accommodations to expansive 2-
or 3-bedroom suites.
Are there any blackout dates or other restrictions?
There are certain peak seasons and holiday dates when packages sell very quickly and resorts may sell out. All
vacation stays are subject to availability so the earlier you book, the better. We recommend you make your
vacation request as soon as possible.
What tickets are included in my package?
Some offers include theme park tickets. If not included, you may purchase discounted theme park tickets when
you arrive at the resort. If tickets are included, you may also purchase additional tickets.
Where are the Orlando area Westgate Resorts located?
All Westgate properties in Orlando are centrally located to the Orlando attractions and just minutes from
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Wet 'n Wild, Discovery Cove, and the Walt Disney World
Resort parks, including Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios,
Downtown Disney, and the Disney water parks – Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.
What are the check-in & check-out times?
At all Westgate Resorts properties, the check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Is the front desk open late at night, in case we arrive late?
The front desk at all Westgate Resorts is open 24 hours a day for your maximum convenience.
Can I purchase extra nights or a room upgrade?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to purchase extra nights or upgrade your accommodations. For all existing
customer purchases, simply call our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to consider your request
for upgrades.
